Complete your FAFSA and obtain your Student Aid Report (SAR). Even if you don't want federal aid, this is required. Plan ahead — it can take several weeks.
A document from your registrar confirming enrollment in an accredited graduate therapy program. First-year students may email [email protected] if unavailable.
A one-page statement describing what kind of therapist you want to be, why, and your volunteer experience — especially with people with mobility challenges.
